Overview

This Quick Reference Guide (QRG) is designed for Vendors interested in viewing and adding Open Public Solicitations to their eMMA profile. You must add a solicitation to your eMMA profile to bid on it.

NOTE: For best results, use the Google Chrome browser to access eMMA.

Step-by-Step Instructions

View Open Public Solicitations

  1. Navigate to eMMA at https://emma.maryland.gov and enter in your email address and password to login.

  2. Click the Sourcing tab on the top of the window and select Public Solicitations from the drop-down menu. A list of Public Solicitations displays.

  3. Enter a term or project number in the Keywords field.

    Star with solid fillPRO TIP! Enter a term in the Category field to search solicitations based on UNSPSC codes. To find out more about UNSPSC codes, click this link to watch a short video.

  4. Click the Search button to view a list of Open public solicitations.

  5. Click the Title of the Solicitation to open and view it. Solicitations are blue hyperlinks located under the Title column and are clickable.

  6. (Optional) Click the Add to My Solicitations button on the top left side of the window. The Solicitation is now added to your profile. The solicitation page opens and can be viewed and responded to here.
